Jason Juckem's Smoked Lake Trout Spread​

1 lb smoked lake trout (deboned)

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise 

2 garlic cloves, finely diced

2 bunches green onion, finely diced

1 tsp Frank's Hot Sauce
